I’ve always loved fireworks and am still in awe of the whole pyrotechnic thing. I love how they start out small and condensed, plain and unattractive in appearance, and end up huge and… Continue reading
Logic makes me question, but also leads me to the answer
I can’t see him. I can’t hear him. I can’t touch him. Is it surprising that I might have some difficulty believing he exists? I’ve been a Christ follower for more than 37… Continue reading

We are his cause
A lot of us humans have a pet cause, which is one of the things that sets us apart from the animal kingdom – our pets don’t have a human cause. But, of… Continue reading
Do we trust the driver or do we bail?
Driving the Ohio turnpike in a winter storm at night is, shall we say, adventuresome. Snow completely covering the road and blowing everywhere, drivers having to guess where the lanes are while struggling… Continue reading
It’s oh so natural
Evil has a long and sobering history. There is nothing new under the sun . . . not torture and murder, not rape and enslavement, not subjugation, treachery, serial lying, and all manners… Continue reading
